Genie Scout updates

What each Genie Scout 26 release for Football Manager 26 has changed since the rebuilt version 1.1, newest first. Earlier releases are in the changelog on FM Scout. Genie Scout updates itself when you start it, so if it is installed you are most likely on the newest version already. g marks what the g edition adds.
