What it adds

The free edition already rates every player in your save at every position and role, today and at his projected peak. The g edition adds these, each explained in full in Features.

Without it, Probability of Development and Progress Rate show for about one player in five.

  1. Find Similar PlayersPick any player and every other player in your save is scored against him, as he is today or at his peak.Features
  2. In-Game ScoutHover a player's (i) in Football Manager and his Genie Scout card appears over the game. Hold Shift for his projected peak. PC through Steam or Xbox/PC Game Pass, not Console.Features

The free edition reads your whole save, with FM Pool, My Shortlist, Compare and History points. The g edition is for when you want to go further.

Buying it also supports Genie Scout's development.

  • You plan seasons ahead. Probability of Development and Progress Rate for every player, the most promising players in Top Players Lists, and GS STATS on how the same player developed in other careers.
  • You scout from inside FM. In-Game Scout shows a player's card over the game as you hover him.
  • You need a replacement. Find Similar scores the whole save against the player you are about to lose.
  • You search deeper. By role rating, and by the attributes a player is projected to reach at his peak.
  • You want your own graphics, and no ads. Your own player photos, club logos and kits, and no banner.

03On FM Scout

How to get it

  1. Buy it on FM Scout. FM Scout is Genie Scout's official home; its g edition page takes you through the purchase.
  2. Your key file arrives by email. The checkout is run by FastSpring, Genie Scout's payment provider. Follow the delivery instructions in your purchase email.
  3. Import it in Genie Scout. Open Help and Support › Import License Key… and choose the file. The nine features unlock and the ads go, without reinstalling.
